Meet Dozer!
Dozer is a little pocket pittie who almost didn’t make it out of the shelter in time. Thankfully, an incredible volunteer who fell in love with him rallied to save his life and brought him to us - and we are so thankful she did!
This boy is pure love and perfection! Dozer is the definition of a “soul dog.” He’s calm, cuddly, and just happy to exist near you (yes… he’s that kind of dog). Whether he’s curled up next to you on the couch or quietly lounging across the room, he just wants to be near his people.
He has no anxiety, settles easily, and adjusts beautifully wherever he goes. His foster says he’s been an absolute gentleman—polite in the house, well-mannered, and perfectly content hanging out on his own when needed. Whether it’s relaxing in a cozy room or sunbathing in the backyard, Dozer just goes with the flow.
He’s the kind of dog that makes life feel a little calmer, a little softer, a little better.
Dozer has also been spending time with other dogs and has already shown great progress learning how to coexist and relax around them. He’s a smart boy who is taking everything in stride and continues to blossom more each day.
At the end of the day, Dozer isn’t asking for much.
Just a calm home. A soft place to land, and someone to love him as much as he will love you. Because once he’s yours… he’s yours.
