About Juno

Juno’s story started the way far too many dogs’ stories do. He was found dumped at a known dumping site alongside several other dogs, abandoned and left to fend for themselves. Thankfully, an incredible friend of the rescue stepped in, loaded them all up, and brought them to safety. Because of that, Juno got his second chance.

And this boy has made the absolute most of it.

Juno is currently thriving in foster care and his foster absolutely adores him. He is seriously the best dog. He’s potty trained, crate trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and is so unbothered by the chaos around him that squirrels can come flying out trying to start problems and he doesn’t even care. He’s just happy to be out with his people.

At only 2 years old, Juno still has that fun, playful energy and loves to run around and play, but he’s also past the hard puppy phase. He has excellent manners, listens well, and settles nicely in the home. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has fantastic play manners with them too.

Juno is the kind of dog that makes you wonder how nobody came looking for him. He is sweet, goofy, loving, and just genuinely happy to be safe and loved. Now all he needs is a forever family that will never abandon him again.
